IT IS HARD TO EXPLAIN. MANY CHINESE , INDIAN AND GROWING NUMBER OF MALAY POLITICIANS DARE TO ARGUE AGAINST NEP OR ASK IT TO BE TO BE ABOLISHED HERE By the same token, the very same person who are vocal in their thought and daring in their action would not have the gut to also against or ask Chinese and Indian School to be abolished. They now dispute the relevance of Article 153 of the constitution. Why dont they by the same token dispute the provision of the constitution that could have and I say could have given the Chinese and Indian the right to run their own Chinese and Indian School. Is there such provisions anyway?
To Tun Mahathir and PERKASA , I say Bravo. Go ahead and defend NEP TUN,
To Nur Jazlan, Shamsul Amri , Profesor Subramaniam Pillay and Tony Pua who argued against NEP in the Malaysian Insider article, I challenge all the three of of you to now make a stand and statement arguing for Chinese and Indian Schools to be reviewed or abolished? NO? Seditous? And asking for NEP to be established is not seditous? Come on, come back to reality. All these NEP and Vernacular schools issue are our legacy that will haunt us forever.
Nothing can be done about it? I believe the answer is yes. Suspend democracy by consensus of all Malaysians and all political parties . By this, there should be no General election without affecting the role and dignity of Council of Malay Rulers. Create National Transformation Council with emergency powers similar to National Operation Council that runs Malaysia during the May 13th Mei Emergency. While Najib continue as PM and Chairman of the Council, Muhyuddin can continue as Deputy Chairman and Deputy PM. Kit Siang, Nik Aziz, Hadi awang and Wan Azizah can sit as Council Members which means have a cabinet post. Give the Council 22 years to operate ie similar to what Mahathir had. . Though that number of years may not be adequate since Mahathir managed to rule that long but cant make the change. Give the council at least two major mandates ie slowly phase out NEP through consensus of the Malay and Phase out Chinese and Indian scools through consensus of the Chinese and Indian respectively.
How about that Kit Siang ?

CAN A NON MUSLIM ENTER MOSQUE - CONTROVERSIAL? AVOID IT
THIS IS HOW IT ALL STARTED

Can a non Muslim enter mosque? Some says Yes. Some says No. In Prophet Days the answer is Yes ! But than, Islam Rules. There was no political party. Democracy and General Election was not invented yet. . Thus, no one campaign to beef up party's image in the mosque. Wisdom of the Prophet Muhammad Rasulullah SAW - he allows non Muslim to enter mosque so as to learn and know more about Islam and eventually to embrace Islam. In the case of recent controversy, it was a case of a political party spreading their ideology by giving donation to beef up their party image amongst Muslim. This party rejects Islam, rejects hudud.
With the absence of new Fatwa, I dare not say whether it is right or wrong. But if it is controversial, best to avoid it. Why provoke?
Please proceed to read the Fatwa done on 6/6/6 below . No fatwa ever issued in case of Visit of Non Muslim who rejects Islamic Law and Hudud in Malaysia as yet.

Answer
Wa`alykum As-Salaamu Warahmatullahi Wabarakaatuh.
In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
All praise and thanks are due to Allah, and peace and blessings be upon His Messenger.
Brother, may Allah reward you abundantly for your interest in knowing the teachings of your religion, Islam! Thanks for the question you posed, it’s very interesting and reflects your care about the Muslim community.
It is noteworthy that Islam encourages tolerance and peaceful co-existence between Muslims and non-Muslims. If non-Muslims enter a mosque to deliver speeches that may lead to a better understanding, then it is welcomed and religiously recommended. Islam is the religion of constructive dialogue in the fullest sense. The history of Muslims is a very good example of this.
In this regard, Sheikh `Atiyyah Saqr, former head of Al-Azhar Fatwa Committee, points out the opinions of Muslim jurists on the issue as follows:
Allah Almighty says, (O ye who believe! The idolaters only are unclean. So let them not come near Al-Masjid Al-Haram (at Makkah) after this their year. If ye fear poverty (from the loss of their merchandise) Allah shall preserve you of His bounty if He will. Lo! Allah is Knower, Wise.) (At-Tawbah 9: 28)
And He says, (O ye who believe! Draw not near unto prayer when ye are drunken, till ye know that which ye utter, nor when ye are polluted, save when journeying upon the road, till ye have bathed.) (An-Nisaa’ 4: 43)
Relying on these verses, the majority of Muslim Jurists, including those from the Maliki, Shafi`i and other schools of fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence), maintain that the polytheists are not allowed to enter the Sacred Mosque in Makkah. However, they state that there is nothing wrong if Christians and Jews enter it. They state that this ruling applies to the Holy Mosque in Makkah as well as its precincts. Abu Hanifah, however, views that even a polytheist can enter the Holy Mosque in Makkah as long as he will not stay or reside there. He interpreted impurity to mean spiritual impurity (shirk).
As for other mosques than the Holy Mosque in Makkah, the Madinan jurists forbade non-Muslims from entering them because non-Muslims are regarded by the Qur’an as impure. Imam Ahmad is reported to have said that they can only enter these mosques with the permission of Muslims. This is supported by the report that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted the people of At-Ta’if to stay in the mosque prior to their embracing Islam. He also received the Christians of Najran in his mosque in Madinah. When the time of their prayer was due, they prayed in the mosque towards the eastern direction. Thereupon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said (to his Companions), “Leave them (to perform prayer).”
Under the title ‘A Polytheist Entering the Mosque’, Al-Bukhari, in his Sahih mentioned that Thamamah ibn Athal (despite that he was a polytheist) was tied up in the mosque.
In Fath al-Bari, Ibn Hajar mentioned that there are different opinions concerning this issue. The Hanafi jurists gave unconditional permission while the Maliki scholars and al-Mazni are reported to have forbidden it absolutely. The Shafi`i scholars differentiated between the Holy Mosque and other mosques. There is an opinion that the permission is restricted to the People of the Book but this is refuted by the case of Thamamah mentioned above.
Sheikh M. S. Al-Munajjid, a prominent Saudi Islamic lecturer and author, states:
It is forbidden for Muslims to allow any non-Muslim to enter Al-Masjid Al-Haram in Makkah and its sacred precincts, because Allah says: (O ye who believe!
Concerning other mosques, some Muslim jurists maintain that it is permissible for non-Muslims to enter them because there is nothing to indicate the unlawfulness of such act; others say that it is not permissible, by analogy to the case of Al-Masjid Al-Haram.
The correct view is that it is permissible if it serves the interests of Shari`ah or meets a valid need, such as if a non-Muslim needs to enter a mosque to hear something that may encourage him to embrace Islam, or because he needs to drink water, or the like. This is pursuant to the way of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on this issue; he tied up (his prisoner) Thamaamah ibn Athal Al-Hanafi in the mosque before he became a Muslim, and the delegations of Thaqif and the Christians of Najran stayed in the mosque before they embraced Islam. Actually, many benefits were accrued from this: they were able to hear the speeches and sermons of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to see people praying and reciting the Qur’an, etc. (Fatawa Al-Lajnah Al-Da'imah - The Standing Committee for Islamic Research and Ifta’)
Therefore, if non-Muslims seek permission to enter the mosque in order to see how Muslims perform prayer, there is nothing wrong in that, as long as they have nothing with them that could defile the mosque, and their women are not dressed in a provocative fashion, or any other reason that bars them from entering the mosque. So they can enter and sit behind the Muslims to see how they pray.
Based on the above Fatwas, we can say that non-Muslims, including Christians and Jews, are allowed to enter mosques, but they should abide by the following conditions:
1- Non-Muslims are allowed to enter mosques – other than the Sacred Mosque in Makkah – with a prior permission of Muslims.
2- They must have a sound reason for entering the mosque.
3- They should respect the decorum of the mosque and keep in mind that it is a sacred place of worship.
4- Both men and women are not allowed to uncover their `Awarah (parts of the body which should not be exposed in front of others) when entering the mosque.
With regard to the issue of restoration, we can say that Muslims should have the priority in carrying out such work, unless it is necessary to seek the help of non-Muslims. There must be a need to seek their help, especially in issues related to mosques.

MUHIBBAH was time and again the song played in the air over all Radio Station soon after the racial riot disaster of 13th May 1969.
It was BN Government that champions UNITY for all Malaysians. Even PAS realised the importance of Unity and decided to join BN back in the 1970s. DAP ? No, they rejected whatever BN did. They never believe in BN's idealism and crusade for National Unity.
Today, Racist Kit Siang turned the table around. He managed to somehow hijack the BN Unity Brand. Kit Siang almost everyday now is alleging others including BN and UMNO of Racism.
Lets not forget. Back in 1960s, DAP was branded as sister party to PAP of Singapore. They were branded as the party that fights for Malaysian Malaysia , the equivalent of Singaporean Singapore - a sure fire formula that did what it exactly did - widening economic gap till the Malays felt they have nothing to loose - no houses to own and live in and no luxury cars to own and drive in. Thus for them 13th Mei was a no lost situation . They know when cars were burned and house were set on fire, they were highly like not owned by Malay.
Who triggered 13th Mei ? ask Racist Kit Siang of DAP. Whose supporter that was at Chow Kit Road that chanted "Melayu Balik Kampung" and symbolically carrying a broom while chanting it ? It meant lets sweep the Malays back to kampung.
Today Racist Kit Siang is at it again. Racist Kit Siang who accused others of rascim proudly stands in defense of Namewee, clearly a racist judging from at least one of his Song against Azan by Muslims.
The above is song by Namewee
Somehow this King of Racism Kit Siang is at it again. He never embraced or support 1Malaysia but time and again asking PM to walk the talk with 1Malaysia. What kind of Racist Leader you are Kit Siang? If you want 1Malaysia to happen. Be genuine. Join BN and together make it work! Give BN a try like PAS used to do in the 1970s. But dont do what PAS did? Joining BN to spread their ideology. Be Authentic in your believe and support of 1Malaysia if you were to prove that you are not racist at heart.
Racist Kit Siang dont believe in Islamic Law and Hudud. But his party DAP dont mind working with PAS. They want Unity but dont want to support BN though 1Malaysia is a clarion acll for National unity.
Who do you work for Racist Kit Siang ? You work for chaos and instability? For instability means wanting Malaysia to be less vibrant economic growth. To whose advantage? Not Singapore's PAP government I hope.
NEP has benefited Chinese alot. It helped them to be more competitive and resilience. Thousand of Chinese managed to finance their own children to study overseas. Even Chinese Char Kuey Tiow stall owner is able to finance their children to study in USA. Malays? It was unfortunate . Take away government scholarship . No way their fried mee stall owner's parent would be able to finance their children's education overseas.
Today to the disgrace of many proud chinese parents who have been reselient and able to finance their children's education overseas , chinese politicians demands that they rely on government scholarship!
Najib has liberalised many sectors. NEP does not apply in all those sectors. What happened? Did Chinese private investment really grow? Did FDI into Malaysia increase? NO ? why not ? Wasnt it what Chinese politician that claim get rid of NEP and Malaysia's economy will grow in leaps and bound?
So Racist Kit Siang. Stop playing the NEP and Racism card. One wonders where your party DAP got your money from ? Neighbouring country to serve their interest? Declare your asset man! Declare your party's source of income too !
For BN and UMNO . Do get smarter. Dont allow others to brand you as Racist Party. You had been championing Unity since independent and reenergise the effort after 13th Mei. You are truly a party that believes in racial harmony and unity. Recapture that Brand. If you had been a Racist party, Anwar could have been racist too and no wonder Racist Kit Siang of Racist DAP can easily work with Racist Anwar of so called Racist BN and UMNO origin ?
To the Chinese at large who are also my friends. Lets not be trapped by the game of politicians. They play the racism card to win votes but they do not genuinely want Unity.
To Malay, Chinese and Indian businessmen, lets continue of partnering with others regardless of race. To hell with Racist Kit Siang who plays racist card, who hijack Unity Brand of others through words but not deeds. My business partners are Chinese and we work well together trying to capture business opportunities in abundance worldwide. After all, Government business is small compared to private sector business. Lets spread your business to the private sectors in Malaysia, the region and the world.
To Malays, Chinese and Indians at large , dont be caught by NEP's trap. Its meant for those who really deserves it ie for the poor Malay, Chinese and Indian and the small SMEs of the Malay, Chinese and Indian. If you are poor and deserving Claim your rights for NEP is for all of you the POOR, regardless of race.
To the Malays, I somehow agree with Barking Magpie of http://barkingmagpie.blogspot.com/ for you to be bold and brave to uphold your rights. Racist Kit Siang would object but let it be. And I do agree with Rocky's Bru of on http://rockybru.com.my/ NEP too.
Racist Kit Siang. Support 1Malaysia if you say you are not racist. Join BN if you say you support Unity. But dont you hijack BN brand for Unity . Racism has been yor DAP brand from 1960s, 1970s, 1980s, 1990s and suddenly in the year 2000s you hijack BN's Brand and so claim that others are racist and you are nor racist? It takes a Racist Kit Siang to brand others as racist. BN Wake Up. How the hell you managed to be duped by Kit Siang and allow him to hijack your orginial Brand ie a Party for UNITY ever since Day of Independence till today?
